GB Suite 2 - Valletta Collection

Positive: They arranged transfer to airport Negative: Really really noisy. With restaurants right outside door. Made it hard to sleep

Positive: Great location. Initially thought it might be noisy at night but it wasn't. Comfortable apartment and helpful staff. Lots of useful advice given and arrangements made for me to collect things I left behind a few days later was easy.

Fantastic 🤩 Positive: Loved the location, can walk everywhere, great sized apartment, kitchen was useful for breakfast & loved having a washing machine. Negative: Little bit of street noise in the evening but didn’t stop me sleeping. Would definitely recommend and stay there again 😃

Prime location on Merchant street Valetta. Great facilities, small but enough. The bed is very hard. Positive: GB suites is in a prime location on Merchant street, you step out from the apartment into the hustle and bustle of cafes, bars, restaurants and are in easy walking distance to all the places in Valetta you want to visit. The facilities were amazing, the fridge and aircon very effective during the European summer heat. Communication and check-in instructions from the host were fantastic, very welcoming and informative. The apartment has all the facilities for a short stay, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washer/dryer & stove top (although we did not use). The apartment is small, but offers enough space for two people for a short stay. We had a few points to mention in the “did not like” section below, however if the bed comfort was improved and the apartment cleaner, all other things are manageable. We would still recommend this apartment due to location. Negative: On arrival the apartment looked clean, however throughout our stay we noticed a lot of dust, long black hairs on the floor, in the bathroom & in the corners of the apartment (definitely not ours - two blondes). The apartment is in a beautiful historic old building of Valetta, so we understand that the control the owner has of the plumbing is limited. However, some challenges were: the shower doesn’t really drain, so while showering your standing in water and the drain doesn’t seem to drain. You cannot place toilet paper in the toilet (which is common in old towns, we know), however due to the small bathroom there are no bidet facilities only a small bin, but no additional bags provided for regular changing on the soiled bin, 2 steps from bed. This could be an easy improvement to the facilities. The bed, unfortunately was EXTREMELY hard, so firm that we both had uncomfortable sleeps and woke with pain, I would recommend a mattress topper to improve comfort for guests, and an option of a blanket, instead of only a top sheet. While the apartment is in prime location, with that comes the noise, excitement and celebrations of all the other tourists enjoying Valetta, I would recommend ear plugs, unless you are planning on being out until 1am when it all settles on the street below.

最高のバレッタを楽しむならココ！ Positive: 本当に街の中心！ 歩き疲れたらすぐにお部屋に戻れて最高でした！ お部屋の設備も清潔感もバッチリです！ 今後のルール上、私はもう泊まる事が出来なくなってしまいますが、最後に泊まれて本当に良かったです。 Negative: 観光の中心にあるので、夜はレストランの音が少しうるさい。 でも、大した問題ではありません。
